About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, having earned my Master’s
degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. I am also a Board-Certified
Counselor who has 10 years of experience in working with adolescents, adults, couples and
families. My treatment style is primarily client-centered with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral
therapy with mindfulness-based interventions. I believe in tailoring my approach by utilizing
different modalities to help engage clients and assisting in providing the treatment that best
meets their needs and individual goals.
I believe therapy can have the most impact when provided with a warm and trusting therapeutic
environment, which is always my goal in providing for clients. I believe my role is to work
alongside my client, meeting them exactly where they are in the current moment, to promote
and enhance the client’s ability to reflect, gather personal insight and improve their well-being.
