About Me
There are many things that can interfere with living a prosperous life, such as fear, guilt, shame, anger,
resentment, self-doubt, unhealthy relationships, negative thoughts, and/or difficulty letting go of the
past. By identifying self-defeating behavioral patterns and understanding why we think, act, and feel
the way we do, we can begin to find a remedy that will create positive changes in your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA driven to help clients break down barriers to
personal growth and build confidence to overcome obstacles impacting mental health. I work from an
eclectic standpoint, using various treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.
Treatment is based on Positive Psychology and provided from a humanistic perspective.
Problems are dealt with as they occur and from a present standpoint with focus on the client reaching
his/her ideal self. Goals are formulated based on client stated needs. Through self-understanding, self-
acceptance and self-confidence the client attains self-efficacy. The main objective is for the client to
come to the realization that regardless of whether or not their current symptoms stem from past issues,
he/she holds the power to change outcomes today.
