About Me

Hello! Considering taking the step to enter into therapy can feel daunting, overwhelming, exciting, relieving, or even scary. I have been working as a Therapist for the past 20 years in supporting individuals in taking that step and in getting what they need from therapy. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Millersville University and Masters Degree in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. If you choose to take this step, we will work together to address your needs for entering therapy using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Mindfulness Training, and Strength-Based Therapy to address concerns and needs such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and history of trauma. Along with these approaches, I will take a client-centered and collaborative approach to our work together to provide the space to explore and understand experiences to create the experiences of today that will support and promote well-being. I am looking forward to learning more about how I might be able to be a part of your journey to a healthier and happier sense of self!
